Drama
The Luther North Drama Club and International Thespian Troupe #2371 provide a chance to show off the skills of our drama students on the stage. Currently, we perform two plays a year, ranging from drama to comedy. The plays chosen challenge our students in three aspects: acting skill, stage presence, and script analysis.
Being a registered thespian troupe entitles a student to scholarships, dramatic competitions, Dramatics magazine, and the privilege to be part of an organization that promotes excellence in the dramatic arts. Membership in the Thespians is based on a point achievement system and participation in our productions. There are no requirements to be involved in the Drama Club, save for an appreciation for the arts. We are always looking for creative and talented young people to join us!
Some of our past performances include The Curious Savage by Jonathan Patrick, But Why Bump off Barnaby? by Rick Abbott,
